Partnering agreements are based on target pricing at reduced profit levels. We are able to reduce our price for a specific scope of work because the risks and benefits are shared between the Owner and Fisher Tank Company. All parties work together in the development of the target price, with a focus on what the team can do to help each other and reduce overall project costs. Once a target price is set, any cost savings (or overruns) are shared between the Owner and Fisher Tank Company.
